Please carefully review the following rules, regulations, and policies. By embarking on Camp Quarry Trails property you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these rules, regulations, and policies. Ensuring your safety, comfort, and enjoyment during your stay is paramount to us. To achieve this, it is imperative that all guests adhere to our rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in immediate eviction without any refund.

  • Check in is at 4 PM

    Check out is at 10 AM

  • There is a maximum of 1 vehicle per site. All other vehicles, and or trailers are required to park in the church parking lot.

  • Day visitors must depart by 10:00 PM Sunday - Thursday and 12 AM Saturday and Sunday. Exceeding this time will classify them as overnight guests and incur a fee. Campers are liable for their guests and will bear financial responsibility for any property damage. Please ensure your guests are informed of campground regulations.

  • Pets are permitted but must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are strictly prohibited to be left unattended at campsites. Pet pens are strictly prohibited. All pets must be up to date with rabies and vaccinations with records available upon request.

    Pet owners are responsible for promptly picking up and appropriately disposing of their pet's waste. Failure to do so may result in a minimum fine of $100 if observed by our staff. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior from pets will not be tolerated. Violation of the pet policy may lead to the termination of your stay at Camp Quarry Trails. No refund will be issued if terminated.

    Exotic pets, and aggressive dog breeds a are not allowed.

    Camp Quarry Trails holds no liability for any harm to physical property or guests caused by any animal on the premises.

  • 72 hour cancelation of reservation is required to receive full refund. No refund will be given if cancelation occurs after 12 PM 24 hours prior to reservation.

  • All children must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Parents will be held accountable for any damages resulting from unsupervised children. Kindly remind children to honor the privacy of fellow campers by refraining from walking through other campsites or disturbing their belongings.

  • Sunday - Thursday quiet time begins at 10 pm.

    Friday and Saturday quiet time begins at midnight.

  • Glass is strictly prohibited. Alcohol is allowed on property. Alcohol must be concealed. Any alcohol-related offense will be grounds for immediate eviction without a refund.

  • The speed limit enforced on the property is 5 mph. Uphill traffic has the right of way. Please drive with caution, being mindful of children and pets.

  • All firearms must be safely stored under lock and key and out of sight.

  • Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits and must not be left unattended. Please refrain from relocating the fire rings. Under no circumstance should plastic, glass, or garbage, be burned. Extinguish fires before leaving for the day and before final check-out. Propane and charcoal grills are permitted.

  • ATVS are strictly prohibited. Golf Cart and Scooter operators must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance. Golf Carts and Scooters must have working headlights and taillights if operating after dusk.

    Please keep in mind that our campground is is not paved, and includes bumpy inclines.

  • The campsite must be kept tidy and organized at all times free of trash, and debris. Hanging of clotheslines, tarps, tents, and canopies is strictly prohibited.

    Alterations to the landscaping and or cutting any trees, branches, or flowers is strictly prohibited.

  • Fireworks are stickily prohibited.

  • The utilization of Camp Quarry Trails is at the sole risk of the user. Campers are accountable for the actions and safety of their visitors. Camp Quarry Trails assumes no responsibility or liability for the safety and security of campground guests, visitors, and pets. Camp Quarry Trails is not liable for any loss or damage to guests' property caused by theft, vandalism, fire, any unforeseen event, or act of nature. Guests and all other property users explicitly assume all risks associated with such loss or damage and must maintain their own insurance coverage for their belongings and vehicles. Camp Quarry Trails is not liable for any damage to a guest or visitors vehicle. By booking a site with Camp Quarry Trails, you are agreeing to pay all charges for the site including applicable taxes, and any fees that may incur during your stay.

  • Camp Quarry Trails values your privacy and prioritizes the safety of you and your loved ones. We have implemented several security cameras across the property to uphold the well-being of our guests.

  • All deliveries must be delivered to the church parking lot.

  • All food must be stored in containers with lids. Please maintain a tidy site and refrain from leaving trash out overnight. A trash can is located at the bottom of the hill on the main road. Failure to clean up your site before checking out will result in a $50 nonrefundable fee.
